Landscape and Architectural Reviews

To submit an electronic request to the St. Mary’s Architectural Review Board (ARB), you will need to log into the St. Mary’s Pilera Resident Portal under your owner account.

Here are some items to keep in mind when submitting a request:

  • The Resident Portal is used to submit requests of all types, everything from starting the new construction process to requesting permission for tree removal and architectural changes to the exterior of the home (new roof, new siding, painting, fences, sheds, etc.)
  • Design Standards and Community Covenants can be found on the Documents Page.
  • Provide as much detail as possible. You can upload plans and pictures with your request, and that helps a lot. Scratch out a rough outline of your house and lot with the proposed changes listed on a piece of paper, take a picture, and upload it to your request. A picture is worth a thousand words!
  • Tree removal is the most asked question, here is what the St. Mary’s Declaration of Rights and Restrictions says about tree removal:
    • “No trees measuring six (6) inches or more in diameter at a point (2) feet above ground level may be removed without the written approval of the Proprietor”
