Special Meeting of Board of Directors January 22 2024

A special meeting of the St. Mary’s Board of Directors will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 7:00 PM. 

The meeting will be held at 3038 Sublet Pl, Powhatan VA 23139. 

Business to be transacted:

1. Call to order
2. Establishment of quorum of Board of Directors
3. Hearing regarding enforcement actions related to unapproved property additions at 3070 St. Mary’s Way, Powhatan VA 23139
4. Member Comment period
5. New Business, as needed
6. Adjournment

If the meeting location changes then members will receive notice at least three business days before the meeting.
