Call to Order (Paul Sheridan, President)

Saint Mary’s Homeowner Comments & Concerns

Audience members are welcome to address the Board during this segment of the meeting. Due to the ongoing pandemic concerns and gathering in groups, it is recommended that all questions are submitted to the Board so that they may be read during this segment rather than attending in person.

Secretary’s Report (Board)

–       Approval of 10.12.20 Minutes

Financial Report (Christina Tsai-Sambucci)

–       Review year-to-date expenditures

–       Review forecasted expenses for the remainder of the fiscal year

–       Review and discuss proposed 2021 budgeted items

–       Reconciliation of 3 actual bank statements (for the last quarter)

ARB Report (Chris Wells)

–       Review any outstanding ARB applications

–       Review summary report of all ARB requests since the last Board meeting

Old Business (Board)

–       Status of Solar Panel regulations

–       Status of addressing the upkeep of undeveloped lots with the property owners

New Business (Board)

–   Election PREP     As a reminder, the five Board members are elected fresh every year and each volunteer member’s role is determined after the election by the board members themselves. Prepare a list of the current positions and duties of all Board members. Discuss providing this list to the neighborhood so that community members can decide which position suits them best if they wish to put their names on the ballot. The Board voting process will be held at the meeting in April to prepare for the effective date of the new year, July 1st.
